Hi, my name is Vincy Li, also known as Li (Lee) to staff, parents and children of Earth Kidz Early Learning Centre. I’m the Earth Kidz’s Manager for the multiple centres’ daily operation and management. I graduated with honours from Algonquin College with an Early Childhood Education Diploma and became a RECE (Registered Early Childhood Educator) in 2013, and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Changsha University of Science and Technology in 2010.
My love for children led me to seek a career in childcare, a field which I have worked in over many years and which has permitted me to advance my interest in early childhood development. My educational background combined with my hands-on experience in different childcare settings has served to inspire my enthusiasm for finding ways to improve early childhood learning. This endeavour became even more important after I was blessed with the birth of my daughter. She was an attendee at Earth Kidz until she went to kindergarten and was thoroughly enjoying and benefiting from this experience. Like all parents I want the best for my child.
It is generally accepted that the early years of childhood are the most formative and, as such, we should make every effort to fill them with unique and interesting learning-related activities. By encouraging the natural curiosity and creativity of children we enrich their daily routines and, in so doing, contribute to their overall happiness, personal development and ultimately to their success in life. With this in mind, at Earth Kidz Early Learning Centre, my team and I provide intellectually stimulating programming that children need and deserve. Our focus is on promoting childhood experiences that enhance educational and emotional well-being while ensuring a learning environment that is safe, healthy and nurturing. As the supervisor of Earth Kidz, I would like parents to know that I am both professionally and personally committed to ensuring that our services make a difference in the quality of life of every Earth Kidz child.
