Hello everyone! My name is Sharan. I graduated from Algonquin College with a diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and became a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in 2021. I joined Earth Kidz Early Learning Centre in 2023, where I am committed to creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners.
As a passionate and caring educator, I take pride in building genuine connections with each child, ensuring they feel valued, safe, and encouraged in their early learning journey. My approach is centered on attention to detail, recognizing and responding to each child’s unique needs, interests, and developmental milestones. Whether it’s offering a comforting presence, celebrating small achievements, or fostering curiosity through engaging activities, I strive to make every child feel seen, heard, and supported.
I strongly believe in the power of play-based learning, where children explore, create, and discover at their own pace. My goal is to inspire confidence, independence, and a love for learning, helping children build a strong foundation for their future growth. Seeing their smiles, hearing their laughter, and watching them express their thoughts and ideas brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
