Admission

• Registration:

There are two ways to place a child’s name on the waitlist:

1. Register with the City of Ottawa’s Child Care Registry and Waitlist by calling 311 or go to www.ottawa.ca/daycare
2. Register by filling the Centre’s Registration Form here

Please review our Waiting List Policy in the Parent Handbook when a child’s space for your desired program is unavailable. 

Once a space becomes available for your child, you will be contacted and given the Enrolment information.
There is no charge or any obligations to place a child’s name on the waitlist.

• Enrolment:

Once a space can be confirmed after completion of the enrolment process, the parents will be invited to participate a pre-visit meeting at the centre, and the child is encouraged to accompany them. Parents should also familiarize themselves with the various legislative requirements related to daycare centres as well as all Earth Kidz Learning Centre policies and procedures.

Consistent with Earth Kidz Learning Centre administrative requirements and the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA), the following must be provided to the Centre as part of the enrolment process.
